The Structured Silhouette Method™ is a consultant-guided, technical silhouette refinement system designed to develop disciplined waist reduction practices, postural alignment, and refined hourglass shaping through progressive corset integration. This 90-day program includes: Structured measurement oversight, posture and movement assignments, guided corset progression, consultant check-ins, and clear accountability and performance standards. Enrollment begins with a required Initial Consultation.

02 / Fitting Strategies

Acclimatize your body with expertly designed foundational wear intervals, establishing standard compression levels securely over time.

03 / Safety Frameworks

Advanced structural reduction intervals tailored to cement long-term silhouette transformations while preserving physical comfort.

Structural Assessment

A comprehensive, one-on-one session to establish your waist reduction metrics and build your custom wear roadmap. The consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes. The Structural Assessment determines whether the client is a suitable candidate to continue The Structured Silhouette Method™. The initial consultation is $150 paid in advance.

Corset Purchase Requirement

Before beginning the 90-day program, clients may use their own corset or purchase a recommended corset if their corset has been approved during the Structural Assessment. Corsets are purchased separately and are not included in consultation fees.
